Meet Chris and Dylan, a Father and Son Who Work Together at Group Company, CMP Products
Chris and Dylan Matthews, are a father and son who work together at British Engines Group company, CMP Products. Chris has worked at CMP for over eight years and encouraged Dylan to apply for the British Engines apprenticeship scheme. Five years later, Dylan has worked in various businesses across the group and has landed a position at CMP working with his father.

Cousins Ian and Steven McGeorge work at British Engines Group company, Rotary Power. They started their careers at the British Engines Group as apprentices before working their way up to becoming Manufacturing Manager and Drives Support Engineer.

Ron, who has had various senior roles throughout his time with the business, including being Chairman, now works as an Engineering Consultant, whilst Richard is CEO of the British Engines Group and group company, BEL Valves.

Meet Kathleen and Alexandra, an Auntie and Niece Working at the British Engines Group
Kathleen and Alexandra Kearns work at British Engines Group company, CMP Products. Alexandra has lived with their auntie, Kathleen, her partner Vince Patterson and Vince’s son, Jamie for the last ten years. Vince and Jamie also work at CMP, Vince as the CEO and Jamie as a Design Engineer.
